about
This is a passionate cry that originated from an extremely disturbing dream where I saw someone choose death over life... I watched a beautiful soul shrivel up and die. I was a mess! I started asking myself what I was doing to help bring Jesus to those around me. He led me to verses like Isaiah 60:1-3. (www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Isaiah+60%3A1-3&version=ESV)
It's easy for me to focus on the negative, to see darkness in our world. But God has already come in the form of Jesus to bring His light, hope and salvation to those who would choose Him. This song is a call to remember and engage with the compassionate heart of God. This song is a call to take the gospel of His kingdom to a hurting world.
